Cuando compro un juego de epic no pienso que steam me lo va a regalar porque ya lo compre en otro lado. Igual son las consolas., asi que de verdad no entiendo porque tanta gente pidiendo que le devuelvan el dinero.
Si compras un juego en una página, esperas que las actualizaciones esten disponibles con tu compra. La molestia de muchos es eso. Si, se sabe que son plataformas distintas, pero el hecho de que muchos hayan hecho la compra aqui y después tengan que pagar de nuevo por algo que ya compraron solo porque ya cambio la plataforma es molesto

I don't know where else to write, cuz steam seems to be ignored. For me and many other people the game doesn't launch. It just does not open. I bought the game because I wanted to play a new version, but I can't launch it, so I came here to purchase the old one, and t's not here anymore! I really want to play it and now I'm just wanting to get a refund cuz I can't even play what I bought.
For some strange reason that I don't understand it seems to be that sometimes the localization files can not load correctly that line, for me the line display the text correctly, I looked it up and everything is fine with that line, but idk why is happening for some people, it is really weird, the good part is it is not really that bad of a bug, it stills boder me but at least is not something that can not let people play the game.

Hi, in every language it has to be some misspellings, that was expected and that's why I write it in the warning at the start of the game. If you want to improve the translation you can make a mod for it, thank you for your offer to help, but at this moment I don't want to involve people into the project. I hope you understand.

Why did you remove the details it's now even harder for nightmare mode where you only get one chance to get it right. Also I hate that now you cannot ask if they left their hat at home. I'd also like to maybe help out with new hair styles as the ones we got are very limited and doesn't give me enough to make the characters I want to.

It's not "really" another game let's be real. It's likely been made from the ground up but that's not different then any other developer. Lots of games have "overhauls" where it's remade from the ground up.
If you can't do it due to steam that's fine. However I find that odd. As a developer myself companies i've worked for have given out infinite keys. They usually just have to request more from steam.

I can send you all necessary proofs of me purchasing the game just tell me where I should send them

Hi, this seems to be more like a hardware issue.
Check if your GPU is compatible with Vulkan, the game won't run properly if not.
Also check that the GPU drivers are update.
If nothing of this solve it then I recomend you to request the refund, I am sorry :c
