Paid and downloaded it on my laptop (windows) and it opened the game with a gray screen for about three seconds and then it closed. Not sure what to do now because now I'm out 3$ and can't play the game at all. I've tried deleting and redownloading as well and I'm not sure what to do. If the game is not going to work I would like a refund.
I purchased this game 2 hours ago. I had to leave to do something, and when I came back, the game now says I am only playing in the demo, and won't let me access any of the resources, nor load text or files, at all. I cannot fix this issue, and I feel like it is completely unfair that it has broken like this. Clearing it from my PC does nothing, as it won't reset the data to correct the mistake. I would appreciate some way to fix it, seeing as I only got to play 30 minutes worth of it.

having a big where sometimes things become unusuable. it seems random and when it happens i might not be able to use the phone, use the apartment files, checklist etc
Whenever that happen: for the folder just open, minimize and close the ones you can click. For the phone, change the resolution of the game, dial a number and then go back to fullscreen.
I also wanted to report a bug I found. If Alf or Roman show up hatless and their spouses aren't at home, they just repeat whatever they said last when asked about their appearance.
This game is amazing, i loved every second i played it. just the thrill that you don't know if you did the right thing or not it's really cool. keep going dude! can't wait for the new modes, p.s are you planning on a steam release?

Can we get difficulties that remove the funny doppels and make it more common for a doppleganger to swap apartments, have a month exceeding 12, have another neighbor's job, etc...
when will a hatless doppelganger or neighbor will use the excuse i forgot my hat at home and the wife will deny alf or roman always says i forgot my hat home and rafttellyn or lois always confirms he forgot the hat but please make it that sometimes she doesn't have it its not random enough and it kinda gets boring but i adore the game played over 30 hours if im not wrong can't wait for the next update
Hello. When I open the game it works. But when i move my mouse, there is a black bar that is moving with it. Like: if i move my mouse up, the black bar moves with up and blocks the lower half so that everything there is black. I dont know what to do. i tryed to reinstall and stuff but nothing works
I think the trypophobia toggle is broken. Both times when I both put the checkmark on and took it off, the intro cutscene flashed with an image that set off my trypophobia.

it depends if mac is apple, and if it isnt then too bad but you shouldve got the demo first to see if it would run normally first.
