hello, I downloaded the game but when I try to play it I have a black screen/line whenever I move the cursor, I updated all my drivers like it's said to do on this page but it still doesn't work.

hi, ive just bought this and it isnt working. I have a chromebook which has linux on it. When I download the linux version and i click on it, it says its not supported. the only one that will open is the Mac version, even when it does open, all you see is a load of files with code in, I dont know what to do with the files and how you can open them to run the game!!!! ive tried sharing the file through linex but it dosent actually appear anywhere. PLEASE HELP!!!
im gonna double check, does anyone know if Intel R HD graphics 3000 supports this game? it isnt on the list of gpu that supports vulkan, but how know?? maybe theres another way around..
Hey! You can sometimes still play without a supported GPU its a bit more complicated but in my opinion worth it. This is from the fixes and stuff above.
Sometimes you can run the game on windows even if your gpu doesn't support vulkan you can do it by following this steps:
1. Open the Command window
( 'Window'+R then type cmd or cmd.exe)
2. Grab the downloaded that's Not my neighbor strait from downloads and drag it into the command Prompt.
(If you Did it right it should say something along the lines of -(C:\Users\Name>"C:\Users\Name\Folder\That's not my neighbor.exe"-)
3. After the .exe" type ( --rendering-driver opengl3)
(The space is required, the brackets are not and may break the command)
So after that you should Have = (C:\Users\Name>"C:\Users\Name\Folder\That's not my neighbor.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3 =)
I will give it a try! After a month because it is expensive in my currency. But, I should probably not since the "can my pc run it" app said mine can't run it.
i figured out how to open it as the same issue happened to me. Go into finder and search for the app. control click onto it and press open and it should work:)

Hey! I don't know if you guys are able to but I would love to be able to play this on my ipad! Just like papers please! You could make it the same price or whatever but this would be a great game on Ipad! Hope this suggestion comes to fruition.
theres a bug in ubuntu linux where the folders stop working in full screen mode or enable fit to screen in the settings. also quitting the game sometimes doesnt stop and i have to kill the game process to quit.
Glitch Report: When calling the DDD you can still press the emergency button, if the shudder is down when the emergency is over it will close. this inverts the windows state (Open or closed) if the emergency is on or off.
I found an issue: The retired dude says he isn't on the list because it was an emergency at work. He was real but I killed him since he isn't supposed to be at work
Yes, this is already fixed, but it will be available in the next update. For now that could be ok but you still need to call the apartment to make sure that hi isn't at home.
dude are u aware that someone uploaded your full game to the appstore? They called it doorman verify neighbor game but it comes up when you search that’s not my neighbor

I bought this game. The previous one was a pixel-style spot-the-difference game of the same type as finding "monsters", but I always felt that it still had flaws.
1. The phone system is very good, but there is also a slight plot bug (which caused me to accidentally kill a neighbor). Most of the time I will no longer use this system unless it is a neighbor who is really difficult to identify.
2. Many of the weird "doppelgangers" in the game are so obvious that I don't know if asking about them is safe or would add to the gameplay. "My head? Sleeping late." "It's just a rash" is really funny. But most of the time I just call DDD.
3. The door opening and closing system is manual. I let someone in by mistake. Can it be changed to automatic? (or can be upgraded)
4. I don’t know why DDD can’t make an emergency call or enable it directly with one click.
5. I don’t know what that clown does...but I know the dice game.
6. In the game, you can only choose to handle and put in. Will they not run away urgently after being exposed? Maybe you can update the content and set a BOSS that will run away and disguise itself more perfectly each time.
7. Maybe you really should have neighbors who get injured in accidents.
i bought this game but it won't let me play it because apple can't track it for "malicious software" it also says: This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information. i don't know WHAT to do
I don't know if it is with the full version but on the demo there is a false positive called: ''Trojan.Heur!.02252923'' it might be interrupting everyone's game making it unplayable
If this doesn't get fixed then it might be a problem for MAC users etc.
Hey someone else answered this I think, Ive never used apple software so i'm not sure but they said to open finder then open from the prompt list. Hope it helps
I have found a bug: Mclooy Rudboys (the cowboy grandfather) if he's not on the list but he comes home and you call the son up, he will say his dad is not home. But if you question him why he's not on the list, he can say "there was an emergency at work' and then he's retired on his profile. So I keep getting 1 neighbour killed because I think its a doppelganger even though his entry request, ID and appearance and everything else is perfect. Even his entry request says "shopping" but its the random generator that says work I believe. I think you better check the random responses generated by him to make sure he doesnt have a work emergency although he is retired.
I'm in a bit of a bind, and I think I know where I made my mistake. I want to delete my save data, but when I looked for it in my files, it didn't show up. Before I started playing it, I added it into my Steam Library, which is where I think I made my mistake. While I've tried digging through Steam to try and see if I can find the .save with "settings" thing, I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm not sure what else I can do, and I'm not sure if anyone else has done this and thus knows how to fix it.
Hey! I don't often add non steam games so im not an expert. However, just first try and follow the advice by the dev which i'm sure you already have but just in case. If that doesn't work try removing it then doing the same that helped me! Hope i could help! :D
If you can't find the advice then here it is.
If you want to delete the saved data, or you accidently change the resolution of the game and can not change it again then go to:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\That's not my neighbor
Erinnert stark an Papers please, auch wen ich das nie wirklich gespielt habe. Allerdings hatte ich sehr viel Spaß den Bewohnern und Doppelgänger gehörig auf den Zahn zu fühlen und sie zu DEKONTAMINIEREN.
Da noch etliche Updates (laut Menü) zu erwarten sind, darf man gespannt sein, wie sich das Spiel noch entwickelt und vielleicht sogar eine Art Story oder Nebengeschichten erzählt, die das Ganze nochmal deutlich spannender machen würden. Aber bereits der Arcade Modus hatte uns viel Freude bereitet! Vielleicht sogar mit etwas Musik?

In my case nothing needs to be updated. Its not a black line the whole screen is black .

Fun game! I had watched this before playing. Didn't intend to buy it- but I strongly wanted to purchase it. Can't wait for more updates! Keep it up.

You might need to try calling his apartment number to ask his relatives about his supposed whereabouts. His number should be on his file.
