Hi ! When I start the game, everything is ok for 30 seconds (I see the advertisement), but then, I just have a black screen, the music and the mouse icon. I have quit and restart the game, uninstall and reinstall, nothing work. When I use the test version, everything is fine. How can I arrange that ?
Hi, first off, I love the game but I have some problems. Before buying the game I downloaded "Will it work on my pc" and it did so I brought it. Yesterday everything worked fine but since playing it today, when I move my mouse up and down the screen there is a black box. Also, the game keeps crashing.
I have checked my updates and nothing needs updating. Please help! I really want to play this game.
This issue is solve by updating your drivers, if that not solve your issue then it seems that your pc can't run prperly the game and you can request a refund here: https://itch.io/support
One uh- problem (?) regarding the 'Steel Memory' achievment - I've cleared 2 successful runs without opening any of the Floor folders and surviving. One of them I used todays list, and on the second, I've did the same but without the list. Yet the achievment somehow didn't pop?
The things II *have* used is the checklist and of course the documents presented by the (not) Neighbours to identify if they're a neighbour or not.
Any help/clarification? (It could be a platform related issue/bug like usual (I'm using Mac) because I've seen others get the achievment)
Hi idk what could happen, you can open the today's list, Id, entry request and checklist, the only thing you can't open are the folders, so the achievement have to pop up.
For anyone on Mac that see this, has you gotten the achievement?
I did, but had to go through multiple perfect runs before it popped up. In the one run I did get it, I did not open today's list and obv folders, but did open everything else.
In case you're still having troubles, you can actually get this achievement by just not allowing a SINGLE person in, it kills Neighbours sure but it also kills the Doppelgangers meaning that you won't get killed at the end of the night and will *SURVIVE* which is the phrasing the achievement uses (it also gives you the achievement of killing a neighbour lol)

Hi! this is a really odd request but would there be more "specific-to-the-character-imperfections"? like how theres hoon lady and peach guy. Maybe for Mia (I think she's the one with the purple hair, i forgot-) maybe there would be a version with her bangs up that'd be specific to her.

Me and this game dev have serious BEEF ya'll. I clicked the option for the phobia and still saw something, when I tell you my soul left my body and I THREW UP. Nacho Sama its ON SITE (Literally joking btw, great game, am traumatized 100% tho and will not play ever again)
played it for about 5 hours. I'll definitely give it another go some time. Looking forward to the other game modes, maybe more dialogue and character reactions from being questioned.
The game runs smooth but it crashes alot, i made sure prior to buying the game that laptop is able to run it properly. im not sure why it keeps crashing and im sad about it because i was really excited to play

Hi! I recently downloaded your game for my laptop [windows] but whenever I try to open the game, on the app or not, it shows a single grey screen for a second and does not open. Is there anyway to fix this? I was really looking forward to playing this!! :[
Thank you. I deleted the zip and file itself. Then dowloaded it again. Once i unzip the file - there is an icon and when i double click it doesn't open. There is no installation options. The app is not in the applications list on mac. Please see the screenshot. I can't do any actions to it unfortunately.
Go to the settings you have to do it there. What the developer said before. And you have to do that after getting the "warning" Also did you download the demo before to check if it works there?
There's a specific bug where if Lois isn't home and Roman's hat is gone, Roman's voice line about his hat will not play. It'll just play the last voice line played instead.

I don't think you can open the today list or look at their IDs.

good game but sadly it chrashs always after 2-5 minutes it crashs when I use the phone

I have read about that. What you need to do is minimize the screen and call any number to see if it'll work

Hello, i bought it yesterday for Mac, but it doesn't work and asking for the updates from developer. Could you please help to sort it out
For Mac you need to bypass the warning message and opening anyway through security settings.
Go to System Preferences -> Secutiry & Privacy -> "Open Anway" -> (Type in password)
Or you can right click the application and click run. That way when it says it can't be scanned there will be an open anyway button.
