I'm sorry but since I use my own font there are no chinese or other language characters, so I think it won't be possible, but maybe if I can change the font or something else it will be possible, so I will try it and if I succed, I will add a new file with language localization to this page, but I can't promise anything.
That deppends, a playthrough can last about 10 minutes, but each playthrough is different so it can be shorter or longer, there are also a series of achievements that motivate you to play several times, so the game last as long as you want.
