Hey Nacho, I found a website that's labeled as an alternative to the game, and my laptop's security thing told me that it's actually a suspicious website thing, so I wanted to report it to you so you can deal with it if that's alright. I just want to make sure people don't take advantage of your hard work like this, you really do not deserve this, and your game is really amazing, I'm really glad I bought it last month.
So I'm having a hard time getting past this but if the peoples wording is different from what the entry request reason says would they be a Doppelganger? So like if they say they was at work when retired but there request says the was shopping. What do I do?

1.Could u improve the interactions in some buttons or operation？cuz i think it will optimize game experience.
2.I think maybe u can add more playability in game.
For example：more small game like “card game”(i forget that name....) ,but earlier meet and fixed in the somewhere.after all ,i am a doorman,so will do something kill time ,lol
3.Events and stories in these residents,and i hope i can recived call instead of just call from me to someone.
4.Release on steam.(I really need it lol,you know.....)
Hope someone can help. I have an hp laptop and I downloaded the game but the screen is black and I can see my cursor but don’t know why it’s all black. If anyone has a similar issue please let me know how to fix it !
I am experiencing a bug in my game, I am unable to see the text of those who are speaking as well as the information in their folders, in the nightmare mode they all speak in asian dialect and show in their folders that I cannot access their information in demo mode, I bought the game and had no issues before, if there's a way this can be fixed so I can play properly that'd be great.
Hey, so I blew it & failed to read the “READ BEFORE YOU BUY” portion, jumped the metaphorical gun & bought this game a couple days ago… I only have a laptop computer. Am I SOL or can this game play on a laptop? OR to y’all happen to offer a refund to idiots like myself?
as long as you download the right game for the respective operating system you can use a laptop. i play on my laptop all the time and windows runs it fine but some say linux can be a bit slow
Idea: What if the player could look 90° to their right to see outside a window, and be able to estimate what hour of the day it is? Also, any neighbor on the "Today's List" should have a time frame under it. Here is the idea, Neighbor's Picture On TD List, under that picture is the name, then the floor number, under that [Time #1] - [Time #2] (The window feature will then allow players to estimate what the current In-Game time is, therefore they can use that info to see if the character requesting to come in is a doppel or not). You should also add the time when that neighbor arrives to their documents inside the folders if you are to consider this idea! Have an amazing day <3
On Linux Mint- I'm not able to download the current version via the itch app, it throws the error "no manager for installer unknown". I can download 1.0.3.3 through the app fine. I am able to manually download and run the current version
Actually, if you search the App Store for “not my neighbor” or similar terms you’ll find that many different copies of this game are being sold under slightly different names. A surprising number of them. Edit: Wow, interestingly they are literally doppelgängers with e.g, some of them using slightly different art assets. Is this some meta joke marketing scheme I’m misunderstanding? They still reference the DDD and remind you that it’s February 1955 in the tutorial etc.
Someone calling themselves Saleh Khamis is selling a broken version of this game (soft locks on the first day) on the Apple App Store under the app name “It’s Not My Neighbor, Detective”. That’s not you, presumably? https://apps.apple.com/au/app/its-not-my-neighbor-detective/id6504260287

Gets kinda repetitive after a while but maybe that's just me. Still, it's a nice and well-made game!

try redownloading it and deleting your current downloaded game

what device driver do you have? You might need to update the driver so it's compatible with your operating system
