Am I the only one experiencing this kind of issue? I paid for the game, but it never opens every time I download one of the three files even though I downloaded it on a laptop.

es una pena, tengo laptop y no tengo para otro nuevo y mejor supongo que en futuro podre jugarlo, igualmente te felicito es buen juego y llamativo para mi gusto
I'm not sure if it's a bug but my game keeps telling me I killed a neighbor whenever I report Mclooy when he says he's not on the list due to an emergency at work even though he's retired and his entry request says that he was out shopping
Can someone answer my question? What is the point of telling us to check the dates on the ID? Nowhere in the files does it indicate any of the neighbours ages, and every date is different, so if it's not a brand new ID, is it fine?
There’s a calendar at the wall. We know what day it is. There’s a chance, although pretty low, that you can run into an already expired ID. I don’t know why is it so rare, when it should be one of the main errors I think, but yeah. That’s the reason. Also, sometimes the expiry date just missing all together on the ID. That’s something you should watch out for, for sure.
Really? Again, that must be an extremely rare case as well, which I don’t mind at all, because comparing long numbers for each visitor doesn’t sound fun for sure.
Do I need to check the tryophobia box for it not to appear? Or Do I need to leave it unchecked? I checked the box and the intro has trypophobia content in it.
Did you put in any banking info? You cant just purchase a game by clicking buy now. You have to enter your credit card number, email, etc. to make it possible to withdraw money from your account. Believe me or not but this has happened to lots of my friends where they will forget to enter all their banking info.
If you still need it: after the zip is clicked and it the message says it will not open, go to system preferences and click privacy and security, then at the bottom of the tab it should say open game anyway

Thanks! I figured out based on another comment that if you change it from full screen to one of the other options, it doesnt happen anymore and since then I haven't had the issue.
Great, interesting little game with a lot of potential like I mentioned before, but I'm having a little trouble with the character who has heterochromia. It says one eye is blue and the other is green, but the perception of side they're on (left or right) changes. Is it her right or my right?
There's an option in the accessibility section that says 'Text for colors', when that lady's on screen if you mouse over her it will identify if the colors are correct :)
ok so im having a problem and im now willing to request a refund just yet so i fixed the black line under cursor problem but also after clicking anything or doing almost anything the game freezes and stops responding and never responds (the longest i was able to play for was right after the guide then it crashed). I did try the demo and it worked.
I think the phone is bugged? Every time I call someone's apartment or the DDD it will dial and ring but no one ever answers and it wont let me close out of the phone so I have to close the whole game. I have deleted and re-downloaded it twice... and tried playing not in full screen.
I had a similar issue but it just wont let me dial the numbers. Everything else works except the phone so i don't know what happened but I have to quit the whole game for it to work but then it will stop working again midway though the game.
I'm having a bug where I can't click on the Floor 1 folder to open it, I would have to quit the game then it fixes and then the bug comes back again after few people. I am on the latest mac IOS.
I have wanted something fun to fill the void since Papers Please and finally this has arrived! I had a great time playing this and look forward to see what other game modes get released. The achievements was a nice touch as it makes me want to keep coming back for more!
Hi! I am really enjoying the game so far! Just one quick bug I noticed: Clicking on the phone and opening the dial screen resets the checklists progress, and you have to start a new one. Should be a fairly easy bug to fix.

It isn't a bug, it is my bad, I already fixed it but it will be available when I upload the next update, but for now he is the real Mclooy

It does appear in the intro, but not in the game itself. You can skip the intro at any time.
Yes, that was my bad, I forgot to hide the intro one and I know about one Gloria with a worm too, I'm sorry for that.

it happens to me all the time, but the only thing you need to do is just click. when the number gets stuck, just click and it will work

the screen is just black! its playing the music and has the weird spores floating around but the screen is just black. help!!

there is a bug when u call the ddd in a emergency then click the button again it glitches and makes the door stay when not in a emergency

A fix to this that I've found is to open Floor 3 folder, close it, then the first folder works again. Hope it works for you too!
