Would like to have some better phone menu, for now I lose the pointer while dialing and accidentaly escape the menu. Also would like folders to not go back on the wall when I open the phone. Will wait for new game modes and creatures. PS I want to contribute and translate the game on Russian but I don't know how to code. Is that necessary?
Hi! There are indeed doppelgangers with wrong ID number, but because it is randomize and every character has at least 10 doppelgangers it has a low probability but don't let your guard down because the probability is not cero!
About the phone and the papers, it is that way because the phone cause a lot of bugs with the papers, so I decide to do it in that way.
I'm currently cooking the new game mode, I think it will be very interesting, and more horror focus.
Thank you for your help suggestion but because I code the neighbors in a so dumb way (and when I was doing it I knew it but did nothing about it because I'm also dumb) my code it's a mess and after the chinese incident I don't feel in a way to add more languages, so I'm sorry :c
I love the game so far . I'm just confused on how to catch a Dopple red handed . It happened twice in my first run . But I've never been able to reproduce it . Even on obvious dopples calling them out has no effect they just brush it off as " Slept bad " or " Normal human features " . I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or not .
Hi! Not all doppelgangers will reveal at you that they are doppelgangers, some do it when you question thier appearance or why they are not on today list if the character is in fact not on the list.

Hi, I just downloaded this game and tried to play it but it seems like the cursor is attached to a black screen that covers up the entire gameplay. Everything is still clickable and playable but the black screen makes it difficult. The cursor also controls the screen movement. Other than those its a great game. Thank you!!
Thank you! You are right, until I fix it you can just call an apartment number that will answer you and when the call ends the checklist will be clickable again!
Upon wrapping up some editing and a video I'll be uploading of the game, I noted other bugs in 1.0.3 I was playing, where sometimes the Floor Papers would go into minimize when clicked instead of popping up I (I'm pretty sure?) but my final death at the end of the video, it told me I let One doppelganger inside, told me I let a 'Robertsky inside' and the error was 'no DDD logo', but I Specifically, evidently killed him and didn't let him in? So, a bug that's annoying enough to ruin a perfect game of having killed 13 Doppelgangers in a single run (There was a lot).
Hoping whatever caused this bug that said I 'let them in' when I didn't can be replicated.
This game is very fun and has a good bit of trickyness as well! Though I have ran into a bug, and I'm unsure if it's been known or not. Sometimes when I use the phone, the text box will be blank, and only the vocals can be heard. This has happened more than once, but thankfully I can just close out of the game to fix it!

I hope to change the perspective to display everything directly.
hey, i really enjoyed playing this game through! if you have t started already i would get on trying to get this game on steam, it would get a decent amount of traction there. also consider raising the game price, you seriously have something worthwhile here and once you incorporate a story mode, or have modes where random number gens determine phone numbers with lists in your code containing different accessories and quirks about each character so its completely random each time you play it would be cool!!!
Hello!! I'd like to say its a great and unique game, I had a lot of fun playing it although I have suggestions that might help with the progress of the game. I think the mechanics is overall well made, I only find the panning of the screen slightly bothering, I think its better if it stayed in place while navigating through the files and such. Another would be the text box, I find it quite huge and takes a lot of space on the screen. That's all id recommend and suggest. Cant wait to see how far the game goes! Will continue to support the progress <33

Which game engine did you use to make this game? also which applications did you use to make the art? I am hoping to make a game myself and i am very inspired by projects like this. I am asking these questions just out of curiosity.
So after playing my first playthrough of this and failing miserably i was determined to get that S grade, so i came back for another go, and i cant believe how much i just enjoy this, its just a great concept and then the fact that you have added certain things like the notes on your fails and the update of this version being just the arcade version gets me excited for what's to come, i cant wait for the next update on this i will most definitely be coming back to this

yes it happens in version 1.0.3.1 and in fixed camera mode. i uninstalled and redownloaded it earlier and it is still happening.

Hi! I use godot 4 and for the art I use clip studio paint.
Godot is free and open source, clip studio it is not, but there are other similar softwares that are free.
Advice for game development: keep the scope of your first projects very low, focus on finish small projects and from that go up.
