But with your introduction to this game its so cute and fun to play. Please take all the time you need and I hope you are doing great. Hey! Could someone Mac-savvy please help me out, I've downloaded the demo and started it but all I see is a black screen, I've got the spade cursor and can hear sound but the screen is all black. I checked and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 617 which is what my Macbook Air has should be Vulkan compatible. Do I need to download something to run Vulkan or does anyone have any advice? I wanna play this game so bad
this game looks amazing overall but i failed to read all of the instructions. knowing that i have a chromebook i still purchased thinking this would work.

I bought the game thinking my computer was compatible, but in the end it wasn't, to clarify, at that time there were no demos to check :(
I don't understand where or how I should contact the team for a refund. However I will keep waiting for a mobile version to come out as the game looks very promising. Best of luck! <3
Game has so much to offer. It changes stuff up every playthrough. It gets really easy after awhile but the anticipation of what craziness will walk to the window next makes this game so fun.

ENGLISH: I bought this game and I said to myself "it's going to be a papers please but better" unfortunately that was not the case, I was really excited about this game and in my opinion it is too easy and repetitive, I have only played it 3 times and in I both got S, in my last game I did it very fast and I still got S. I thought maybe I had to modify the difficulty but I couldn't find anything like that. I'm not sure if the game increases in difficulty the more I play it or not but so far I have been disappointed, I think this game has too much potential but seriously an increase in difficulty would be best and changing the names of the residents would be a Very good first step, just like changing their apartment, I know that the theme is that they are related but it is really easy to memorize them and play without even seeing their files, just like changing their appearance would be great and that the dialogues can be skipped in general and not just by calling the DDD. I hope that the game really has an update in difficulty, just as I feel that the game is missing more aspects like in papers please. Sorry if the text is a bit confusing since I used the translator to write this.

ESPAÑOL: Compre este juego y me dije a mi mismo "va a ser un papers please pero mejor" por desgracia ese no fue el caso, realmente me ilucione con este juego y a mi parecer es demasiado facil y repititivo, solo he jugado en 3 ocasiones y en ambas saque S, en mi ultima partida lo hice muy rapido y aun asi saque S. Pense que tal vez tenia que modificar la dificultad pero no encontre nada de ello. No estoy seguro si el juego aumenta su dificultad mientras mas lo juegue o no pero hasta el momento me ha decepcionado, creo que este juego tiene demasiado potencial pero en serio un aumento de dificultad seria lo mejor y el cambiar los nombres de los residentes seria un primer paso muy bueno al igual que cambiarlos de apartamento, se que la tematica es que tienen su parentezco pero realmente es facil memorizarlos y jugar sin siquiera ver sus expendientes, al igual que cambiarles la apariencia seria genial y que los dialogos se puedan saltar en general y no solo al llamar a la DDD. Espero que el juego realmente tenga una actualizacion en la dificultad, al igual siento que el juego le faltan mas aspectos como en papers please.

I downloaded the MAC demo and everything runs smoothly except the phone. If I dial any 4 digits the phone freezes with the dial tone and I cant close it out without closing the game. Just wanted to know if its been fixed in the real game?

same , im able to use the phone 2 times max and then the numbers are frozen :( but a really fun game besides that!!
Theyve actually got a FAQ about it! you need to exit full screen view, dial any number and it should go back to working!

This happens quite a bit when you go too far from the numbers, often if you click once itll fix!
