I can't seem to understand how Vulkan works. Everytime I try and download the latest version, it tells me I'm missing some dll file, how do I fix it? I'm desperate to play this game

Hi! Yeah :c for some reason there are people who has expierenced that problem and idk why it happes, the phone work perfectly fine to me and I saw a lot of videos and nobody on the videos have the problem so it is seems to doesn't happen to everybody.
I start to think that it is more of a pc problem.

Yes, it will take some time but they will send you a email, you just need to explain very well what is your issue and they will help you for that "postal code" problem or with your refund.

For now the game only have the acarde mode, which is a game mode you can replay as long as you want, in the future I will add a "story mode" and other modes similars o differents to the arcade mode.
The only thing you can complete in the game for now are the achievements.

There is a file call "Can MY Pc Run It" this is a technical demo to see is the pc can open the game and there is no gameplay in ti.

it’s not a proper demo, just there to see if it will physically run on your pc, considering the game isn’t expensive I think it’s a great idea, if there were neighbours nobody would actually buy the game as atm that’s all the game is basically at the moment.
If you can't download the game make sure your browser, antivirus and windows defender aren't blocking it, this is because the file is a .exe (Click on showmore and click keep anyway option)
just purchased today and found that there is a glitch where I can't use any numbers on the phone and I am forced to either let everyone in or quit the game. it normally happens when I'm halfway through a round. other than that its a great game just thought it would be good to make you aware of this issue!

I had just bought this game but it's not letting me run it. It says that I own this game but still isn't letting me run it. Do I need to have it on an actual pc or should I be able to run it on my laptop, if so, how do I run it on my laptop?
so when i go to play it, it says "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." is it safe to run anyway?
you have to override it in setting cause Mac is unable to check it for virus's. to over ride it you go into security and privacy then into the general tab and there should be an option to over ride it there!
I really loved this game! I didnt think it'd be that tricky until i realized i had to call the apartments as well! I cant wait to see what you'll do in the future with it. Love that fnaf reference <3
I've noticed some grammar mistakes in the game, is there anyway I can contact you to help fix this?
Improvements: - Let the players know that you need to close the door manually in the beginning, I made the mistake of that, and one of the doppelgangers got through lol - Have the telephone be able to skip dialogue for the neighbours. - I hope in the future the doppelgangers become more scary!
Slight issue: - There were a few times when the folders werent clickable, so I had to pause the game a few times until the folder worked again.
( Although this could've been an issue on my computer)
Hi, I'm playing on windows. I kept getting stuck after using the phone. It seems to be a problem with the "Fixed Camera" Setting. If you can handle it jiggling around try playing without it. Should fix the issue.
Hey! I am also on the windows version and having trouble while on the fixed camera setting. For me, folder #1 (I think after using the phone) will no longer highlight and cannot be pressed like the other folders. (Great game tho btw!)

if you're on a mac; what worked for me was to just get out of the game first without exiting and maybe opening a new app/process like safari, etc...

Not entirely sure how to help you with this, but I can confirm it works on a laptop. I am playing the windows version. :)
