hey I'm needing some help with the game. every time i start it up it goes to a black screen before shutting down I've tried all the recommended ways of fixing it but nothing works
I have been wanting to play this game for a while and have finally got around to it. I had no trouble downloading it but when I opened the game it just comes up as a black screen with a cursor. I can click on things but I can't see what I am clicking on, as it is still a totally black screen with a cursor. I am playing on windows. Is there a fix for this? I am really wanting to play this game, I'd hate to have to do a refund.
I bought this game a while ago, and originally downloading the windows version of the game did not work for me. ive come back to it now and it has downloaded and worked! but whenever i play the game, a line of black on my screen rises with the cursor while it is on the game’s screen. if i play out of fullscreen and move my cursor off the game‘s screen, the black will go away.
to make it more clear, as i move my cursor upwards while it is on the screen of the game, the screen will follow with a large black line from the bottom. if i were to be in fullscreen and reach the top of my pc screen with the cursor, the screen would be completely black. this has never happened before and i have no idea how to solve this issue. ive tried redownloading but no luck. thoughts?
Do you mean that MacOS won't let you run the app? If so, go into your Mac settings and into Privacy and Security tab, there will be a window with info that app cannot be checked and there will be button to run it anyway
i really like the game but it is unplayable for me because i cannot use the phone after one use on mac, i turned the fixed camera on and off but it is still not working, any idea how to fix it?
I love That's not my Neighbor! I love the arcade mode. It's a scary and silly game at the same time. I'm excited to see where development goes next. Take your time, of course! No need to rush things.
Im having trouble getting the new nightmare mode, I've been waiting a while thinking mine will take longer but so far I don't have the option to play nightmare mode. Im on Mac IOS .
I played it for the first time today, I had fun. I'll continue playing more of it, I hope you continue making more games! This was a fun experience. Thanks for making a great game.

Have you tried "run as administrator" that's what I have to do for some of the games I download and make sure the file you download is extracted.
How do I contact someone about the payment being taken out twice out of my bank?

Change window mode to fullscreen via green dot at the top of the window and then turn to window again, worked for me
Simple and fun. Got stuck when someone kept showing up and saying "3 times ,3 times, 3 times"
You have to either report or let her through three times in a row, then she'll leave you alone, at least until she shows up again.

It still will, the game has a solo dev who's taking their time, just check back every once in while
