I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still goes unresponsive after 3-ish minutes of gameplay. I've managed to finally let a neighbor in but the game was not responding yet again. This was supposed to be an exciting experience but if this keeps happening up until tomorrow, I'm expecting a refund.
Nothing is wrong with my pc. If it can run Sims 4, surely it can run this 2d game and so far I am still experiencing the same issues up until now. I've tried doing the command prompt method and it still lags. I really don't know what to do at this point I just wanna make my $3 worth it.
This is a really well made game, but some spelling needs correcting (eg. 'cheeck', 'whatching', 'everything it's okay with my..', and so on. Other than that, I'm looking forward to the future updates :)

For those of you dealing with the black screen following the cursor upon launching, in my experience, restarting my pc resolves the problem. I hope this helps someone :)

1. It would be very convenient if the author created a news account somewhere. (for example, Twitter).
2. Since the game is becoming very popular, I think it would be interesting to come up with an image of the main character or the concierge. For artists.
3. I already really like that there are a lot of secrets. Therefore, it would be great if we only let in a doubleganger, and kill people, they didn't kill us in the end. To feel the atmosphere of the antagonist.
I look forward to further updates and other modes!
There is a wikipedia page on this game containing fake links to what seems like most probably malware. There's also some scam sites. You could take legal action or at least make a disclaimer somewhere.
I'm watching the game via YouTube. It is a very interesting idea, drawing, and technically it is possible to build a plot. It would be great if, at the rank of "F", in the end we were NOT killed, like a certain easter egg that the "concierge" is not a person, or a traitor. I am waiting for further inter-site updates, and the disclosure of the world.

I play on Mac and every time the phone stops working in the middle of the game. It just won't dial. I tried de- and reinstalling but its the same every time. Is anyone else having this problem ? :(
If you can't dial the number aka moving the grid or clicking the phone doesn't work, try exiting full screen mode and entering again. Can happen with files too
Why is literally every birthday post 1955? It makes it extremely confusing as to wether or not that's supposed to be a clue. Obviously it's not a clue, because I have yet to see a birthday BEFORE 1955, but it begs the question, why have a date and birthday system at all in a spot the difference game if every person is somehow born in the future? It's really misleading and turned me off the game entirely.
I really enjoy playing this game—it’s incredibly fun. I must admit, I’ve made quite a few mistakes along the way, but that's all part of the experience. The game's replayability is truly remarkable.
Every time i go to open the game it shows a black screen. On task manager it shows the engine for a few seconds and then windows reporting manager pops up, right after it does the whole thing shuts off. I've done everything listed here and tried to use outside sources as well but nothing seems to work. Is it worth to keep trying or to just request a refund?
Literally. I tried emailing the support email listed, but there were apparently temporary difficulties in delivering the email. At this point i just want a refund.

could be something wrong with your computer, for me theres no issues so i would recommend trying that.

I recommend playing this game. It's really a lot of fun and has a high replayability.
