Si compraste el juego aquí puedes acceder a los archivos desde arriba en esta página junto al mensaje que dice que posees este juego, desde el botón de descarga puedes acceder a todas las versiones que se han subido del juego, incluso la que está en steam pero sin la implementación de las funciones de steam (logros y el nombre de usuario de steam en los papeles).

Or also a way to look under the neighbor's clothes to see if there are any changes in other parts of the body? And also something like bruise marks that are normal, and others that are more unusual for fake neighbors? For example, some disease, and a way to identify if that is normal or not? I'd like to see this in a future update! Good luck with the project.
I bought the og game maybe a year or so ago and came back to play once I learned it got a big update/reworking, but this page says I can't download it now for some reason?
You can still find it in your library or on the page at the top you should see a message from Itch that reads "You own this game" followed by a Download button. Click that download. That will take you to the page where all the version releases of the game are.
You can download the lastest version here, it is the same that is on steam but without the steam integration (achievements, and user name in papers), you can find it in your library or on the page at the top you should see a message from Itch that reads "You own this game" followed by a Download button.
